How to Import Trades from Saxo Bank to TradesViz Step-by-Step Guide

Quick Start


To import your file from Saxo Bank, visit https://tradesviz.com/import/.

Use the first dropdown to choose your trading account and the second dropdown to choose Saxo Bank.


You can also open Import/Export from your profile menu in the top-right corner.

Currently Supported:


  • CFDs
  • Forex
  • Stock
  • Stock Options


  1. Login to your SAXO account
  2. Go to "Account" and then "Historical reports" and select "Trades"
  3. Now select your preferred period and asset types to export
  4. Export it in excel format
  5. Open the spreadsheet and delete the sheets named "Trades" and "Trade Booked Amount". You should be left with only one sheet called "TradesWithAdditionalinfo"
  6. Save in excel format and upload that file by clicking on the "Choose File" box in this page.


Alternative instructions:


  1. Login to your SAXO account
  2. Navigate to "Download report" and choose "Closed position report" and download the excel file
  3. Upload the .XLSX file by clicking on the "Choose File" box in this page


Troubleshooting


  • Follow the exact export format shown below for your broker.
  • If import fails, re-export a fresh file and try again.
  • Ensure required columns are present and headers are unchanged.
