How to Import Trades from Bitget Instructions to TradesViz Step-by-Step Guide

Quick Start


To import your file from Bitget Instructions, visit https://tradesviz.com/import/.

Use the first dropdown to choose your trading account and the second dropdown to choose Bitget Instructions.


You can also open Import/Export from your profile menu in the top-right corner.

Currently Supported:


  • Cryptocurrency


  1. Log into your Bitget account
  2. On the left side, click on "Orders" and then click on the asset type you trade
  3. Now click on "Orders" tab and then click on "Export data" button on the right side
  4. Now select your preferred date range, choose Type of document as CSV (if available) or EXCEL and download the file
  5. Upload this file by clicking on the "Choose File" box in this page.



Alternative Instructions:


  1. Log into your Bitget account
  2. On the left side, on "Order History" under the asset type you are tradnig (spot/margin ect.,)
  3. Now select your preferred date range, choose Type of document as CSV (if available) or EXCEL and download the file
  4. Upload this file by clicking on the "Choose File" box in this page.

  1. Log into your Bitget account and visit https://www.bitget.com/order/mcp?tab=2

OR3. Visit Order History and navigate to "Future Trades"

  1. Now select "Order History" and click on "Export"
  2. Upload this file by clicking on the "Choose File" box in this page.

  1. Visit the assets page: https://www.bitget.com/en/asset
  2. Under the orders section, select spot or futures and choose the preferred trading date range
  3. Export data and upload this file by clicking on the "Choose File" box in this page.

Troubleshooting


  • Follow the exact export format shown below for your broker.
  • If import fails, re-export a fresh file and try again.
  • Ensure required columns are present and headers are unchanged.

Why does my import fail?


Most import failures happen due to changed export format, missing columns, or custom-edited files.


Can I import only a date range?


Yes. Export the date range you want from your broker and import that file into TradesViz.


What should I send support?


Share your broker name, export steps, and one sample file, then email everything to support@tradesviz.com so support can debug or add broker coverage quickly.
