How to import trades from Tradovate to TradesViz trading journal?

To import your file, please visit https://tradesviz.com/import by selecting the import button at the bottom left corner of your dashboard or by clicking on your profile icon at the top right corner and selecting "Import/Export". Next, select your trading account in the first dropdown and then the platform as Tradovate in the second dropdown.

Login to your account in the Tradovate desktop client.
On the top, click on dropdown with your account name and click the small gear icon to go to the "Account reports" section.
Now click on the Orders tab (NOT THE PERFORMANCE TAB) and select the date, day and filters according to your preferences and click on "Download Report".
Save the CSV file anywhere you want and upload it by clicking on the "Choose File" box in this page.

**Note: DO NOT IMPORT Performance.csv! READ THE INSTRUCTIONS AGAIN IF YOU EXPORTED THE WRONG FILE.**

Please make sure to follow the instructions exactly to import your data correctly. If you still have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@tradesviz.com with info about your broker/platform and the file as the attachment.

If you do not see your broker on in our supported brokers list, please contact us at support@tradesviz.com with: Broker/platform name & website, CSV/XLS/TXT file of the trades, instructions you used to export the file. Once we get the information, we will add support for your broker/platform as soon as we can.
