How to import trades from Tradingtechnologies to TradesViz trading journal?

To import your file, please visit https://tradesviz.com/import by selecting the import button at the bottom left corner of your dashboard or by clicking on your profile icon at the top right corner and selecting "Import/Export". Next, select your trading account in the first dropdown and then the platform as Tradingtechnologies in the second dropdown.

Login to your account in the Tradingtechnologies desktop client.
Click on "Widgets" at the top and then select "Fills" in dropdown menu
Right click inside the window and select "Request download", select date/time range and set your preferred date and time frame and click 'Ok'
A zip file will be downloaded
Extract the zip file save the .CSV file anywhere you want and upload that file by clicking on the "Choose File" box in this page.

Please make sure to follow the instructions exactly to import your data correctly. If you still have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@tradesviz.com with info about your broker/platform and the file as the attachment.

If you do not see your broker on in our supported brokers list, please contact us at support@tradesviz.com with: Broker/platform name & website, CSV/XLS/TXT file of the trades, instructions you used to export the file. Once we get the information, we will add support for your broker/platform as soon as we can.
