How to import trades from Optimus Futures to TradesViz trading journal?

To import your file, please visit https://tradesviz.com/import by selecting the import button at the bottom left corner of your dashboard or by clicking on your profile icon at the top right corner and selecting "Import/Export". Next, select your trading account in the first dropdown and then the platform as Optimus Futures in the second dropdown.

At the top of the trading window, on the far left side of the 'Control Center Toolbar', click on the logo icon.
In the 'Sidebar' screen, under the 'Portfolio' group, click on the 'Orders History' panel.
When the 'Orders History' panel appears, in the top left-hand corner of the window, click on the hamburger icon. When the drop-down menu appears, click 'Export Data'.
When the 'Export to file' window appears, select the columns of data you wish to export. By default, the export format is set to 'Comma separated'.
Make sure all the columns are selected
When ready, click the 'Export File' button.
Download this CSV file and upload it by clicking on the "Choose File" box in this page.

Please make sure to follow the instructions exactly to import your data correctly. If you still have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@tradesviz.com with info about your broker/platform and the file as the attachment.

If you do not see your broker on in our supported brokers list, please contact us at support@tradesviz.com with: Broker/platform name & website, CSV/XLS/TXT file of the trades, instructions you used to export the file. Once we get the information, we will add support for your broker/platform as soon as we can.
