How to import trades from Multicharts Instructions to TradesViz trading journal?

To import your file, please visit https://tradesviz.com/import by selecting the import button at the bottom left corner of your dashboard or by clicking on your profile icon at the top right corner and selecting "Import/Export". Next, select your trading account in the first dropdown and then the platform as Multicharts Instructions in the second dropdown.

Futures

In Multicharts, open your orders and positions tracker.
From the orders tab, configure the criteria for your report (Account,Date Ranged, etc).
Right click on the report and select, export to excel.
Select Save As, and save the file as an excel file.

Please make sure to follow the instructions exactly to import your data correctly. If you still have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@tradesviz.com with info about your broker/platform and the file as the attachment.

If you do not see your broker on in our supported brokers list, please contact us at support@tradesviz.com with: Broker/platform name & website, CSV/XLS/TXT file of the trades, instructions you used to export the file. Once we get the information, we will add support for your broker/platform as soon as we can.
