How to import trades from Custom/Generic Format to TradesViz trading journal?

To import your file, please visit https://tradesviz.com/import by selecting the import button at the bottom left corner of your dashboard or by clicking on your profile icon at the top right corner and selecting "Import/Export". Next, select your trading account in the first dropdown and then the platform as Custom/Generic Format in the second dropdown.

Click here to download the CSV (spreadsheet) and fill in the values manually according to the columns and upload the file.
Please note: Custom format and TradesViz format are not the same! Please use only the above sample file with the Custom format selection!

Note: In addition to the columns listed listed in the same format, you can also add stop\_loss and profit\_target columns!

Please make sure to follow the instructions exactly to import your data correctly. If you still have any issues, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@tradesviz.com with info about your broker/platform and the file as the attachment.

If you do not see your broker on in our supported brokers list, please contact us at support@tradesviz.com with: Broker/platform name & website, CSV/XLS/TXT file of the trades, instructions you used to export the file. Once we get the information, we will add support for your broker/platform as soon as we can.
